No. Most clients start with a manual process, not an AI tool. We look at what your team does by hand today and figure out whether an AI agent, a simpler automation, or a direct integration solves it. The AI label only applies where it earns its place.
A single workflow automation or two-system integration usually ships in one to three weeks. Multi-step AI agents or projects touching several systems run four to eight weeks. We scope every project before starting so you know the timeline up front, not after.
We work with n8n and Make for visual automation, and write custom Python or Node.js services when a workflow needs logic those tools can't express. On the AI side we build with OpenAI and Anthropic models, LangChain, and custom agent code. For integration, if a system exposes a REST or GraphQL API, a webhook, or a database connection, we can connect to it.
You do. We document every system we build and hand off the code, credentials, and setup instructions at the end of the engagement. There's no licensing fee to keep using what we built and no dependency on us staying involved.
Yes. We regularly inherit n8n workflows, Zapier chains, and custom scripts that someone else built and that now fail silently or need constant manual fixes. We audit the existing setup, find where it breaks, and either repair it or rebuild the broken parts.
Pricing depends on scope. A single-system automation is a smaller, fixed-fee project. Multi-step AI agents or integrations spanning several tools are quoted after a short discovery call, where we map the process and give you a fixed number before any work starts.
Yes, on a month-to-month basis if you want it. Some clients prefer a clean handoff with full documentation and no ongoing cost; others keep us on retainer to monitor the system, handle API changes upstream, and add features as the business grows. Either way, you choose.
